A certificate is issued automatically after you successfully complete all lessons and pass all required quizzes in a course. You can find your earned certificates in the "Certificates" section of your student dashboard. Each certificate includes a unique verification code and can be downloaded as a PDF. Certificates are also verifiable by employers and institutions through our verification page.
Yes, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 30% of the course. To request a refund, contact our support team via email with your order number. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please note that courses purchased with gift cards or promotional codes may have different refund policies.
To become a teacher on our platform, contact us by email with a brief description of your expertise and the courses you plan to create. Once approved, you will receive teacher access to our course builder, where you can create lessons (video, text, audio, embed), design quizzes, organize content into modules, and publish courses to the marketplace. Teachers also get access to analytics dashboards showing enrollment and completion rates.
