During registration and use of the platform, we collect: name, email, phone number (optional), profile data, device information and IP address, course completion history, and test results.
Personal data is processed for: platform operation, authentication, learning personalization, certificate issuance, payment processing, sending notifications, service quality improvement, and analytics.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of: user consent (Art. 6 GDPR), contract performance (terms of service), and legitimate interests of the operator.
Data is stored on servers in the EU (Supabase, AWS). Retention period is until account deletion by the user or withdrawal of consent. Consent records are retained indefinitely for legal compliance.
You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, delete data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, use your profile page or the contact page.
We share data only with trusted partners to ensure service operation: Supabase (database), Stripe/YooKassa (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring). We do not sell personal data.
You can request deletion of your account and all personal data through the Profile section in your dashboard. Deletion is irreversible and is carried out in accordance with the right to be forgotten (GDPR).
